Payments can be made with cash, checks, or money orders. We do not accept credit or debit cards.
All appointments are considered as binding. Student is obligated to pay fees for classes or behind the wheel (BTW) as stated in this contract.
There will be a $10.00 charge for replacement of drivers manua, or to process a refund.
Contract may be cancelled at any time by student with notice in writing.
In the event of student cancellation of BTW or no show, there will be a $50.00 charge unless 24 hour notice is given.
Any changes to lessons scheduled for Saturday or Sunday must be made BEFORE NOON the Friday before.
Student must have permit with them for BTW or be charged $50.00 for no show.
There will be a $50.00 charge for returned checks. NO OUT OF STATE CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED.
No use of cell phones while in class or on a behind the wheel session. Phone policy for classes is as follows:
1st offense phone will be taken from student and parent will be notified.
2nd offense student will be asked to leave class and repeat the entire class with no credit for the time you were here.
CONTRACT AND PRICES ARE GOOD FOR ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF CONTRACT. AFTER ONE YEAR, REMAINING HOURS WILL BE GIVEN AT CURRENT PRICES.
There will be no refunds after a first lesson is taken, or after 1 year, this includes classroom and BTW. This contract is valid until student turns 18, then remaining hours will be given at
current adult prices. After 18 there are no refunds. This is the full agreement between Superior Driving Academy and Student, no verbal agreement is recognized.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Minnesota Human Rights Act (MHRA), Superior Driving Academy will not discriminate against individuals on the basis of their
disability and will provide appropriate auxiliary aids and services without charge unless providing such auxiliary aids or services would fundamentally alter the program provided or result in an
