Covid-19 Waiver

By attending and participating in classes and behind the wheel instruction during this pandemic you acknowledge an increased risk to exposure to Covid-19 and you knowingly and voluntarily waive your right to hold Superior Driving Academy liable for harm or damages caused by this increased risk.

Superior Driving Academy is following guidance from the center for disease control and the State of MN to minimize the risk for exposure.

Your participation in our classes and behind the wheel instruction is completely voluntary and you may contact the office at 320-253-3300 to discuss alternatives during this pandemic.
